Job Title: Customer Care Representatives
Location: Taylorville, IL

Responsibilities: MAI Response Management Group is a customer service call center operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customer Care Representatives (CCRs) answer customer questions and solve problems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills, a customer first-attitude, computer experience and strong problem-solving abilities. Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Computer Experience (Windows 95/98)
