Within our incoming Call Center facility in Taylorville, IL, the Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for motivating and managing our Customer Service Representatives committed to meeting the customer needs for quality service as a team.
The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience within a call center environment. Advanced skills in multi-tasking, organization, and leadership are a must.
Working knowledge of Word and Excel are required. The ability and willingness to work occasional evenings and some weekends is necessary.
